Who is the data controller of my personal data?
The data controllers are Novoop Kft. Why and for what purposes is my personal data used?
The primary purpose of processing your personal data is to fulfil the contract concluded with you, which includes managing your bookings and stays at our hotels, as well as complying with the legal obligations applicable to the data controller (including the administration of payments under the contract).
Your consent to the processing of your personal data is voluntary; however, certain data may be necessary for entering into and performing the contract, providing the services, and complying with applicable legal obligations relating to payments.
In certain cases, personal data may also be processed for the following purposes:
on the basis of the data controller's legitimate interests, including direct marketing of products or services, as well as to enhance your experience during your stay at the hotel, including by sending guest satisfaction surveys;
on the basis of your consent, which you provide for certain Accor programmes/projects, including cases where the purpose is to personalise the services and marketing content provided to you, e.g. by offering special hotel deals.
Who has access to my personal data?
Personal data may be shared with hotels operating under Accor Group brands, companies belonging to Novoop Kft. and the Accor Group, and hotel service providers. Personal data may also be transferred to third countries (outside the European Economic Area). In such cases, appropriate safeguards are implemented, and data subjects whose data is transferred may request access to the relevant data and information about the security measures applicable to such transfers, as well as information about where the data has been transferred.
What should I do if I no longer want my personal data to be processed?
If you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you may withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge and without any other negative consequences, by sending your request to data.privacy@accor.com or by contacting us by other means, e.g. directly at the reception. You may also object at any time to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes (including guest satisfaction surveys) and to its sharing within the Accor Group by contacting us using the contact details provided above.
What rights do I have regarding my personal data?
You have the right to request access to, rectification, or deletion of your personal data, to object to its processing, to exercise your right to data portability, to request restriction of processing, and to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
How long is my personal data retained?
Your data will be processed for the duration of your use of the services provided by the Accor hotel network (including participation in any programme you have joined) and/or for the period prescribed by the applicable legislation relating to the provision of services and the associated payments.
